CSFEP: Network and Science Coordinator
Tena is the Network and 3S Coordinator for the Climate Smart Forest Economy Program (CSFEP), where her key focus is growing the community around the 3S concept. At CSFEP, she led work on Bauhuette 4.0 (Berlin) and Forest-to-Build New Zealand Breakthrough Initiatives.
Tena is an urbanist, educated at Université Paris Sorbonne and London School of Economics, and has worked on a range of built environment projects, for organisations including Climate KIC, the World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, SUEZ environnement. She is the founder of THEMA STUDIO, where her research focuses on the intersection of sustainable urban development and climate smart timber construction.
Prior to CSFEP, she was a Cities Advisor to municipalities in South East Europe providing support with their carbon neutral urban development transition.
Tena received her MSc in City Design and Social Science from LSE. She is based in Boston and Zagreb.
