WORK WITH US 

The Climate Smart Forest Economy Program (CSFEP) seeks an Operations Associate to join our team in a new, full-time role. You will sit at the heart of how CSFEP runs and help a young, growing organisation stay compliant with its funders and fiscal sponsors. You will track a complex budget that spans two fiscal sponsors, three funders and several currencies. You will also prepare budgets and financial reports for grant proposals and funder reports; support contracting; and manage travel, events and scheduling. Over time, you will begin to build the internal policies and systems CSFEP needs as it grows. You will report to CSFEP’s Executive Director, who will help you set priorities.

• Contract: Full-time, fixed-term contract for two years, with the possibility of renewal (subject to grant funding)

• Location: Fully remote. We welcome candidates from anywhere in the world

• Working hours: Available for meetings between 14:30 and 18:00 SAST (UTC+2). This window can fall at the start or end of your working day

• Travel: None required. You may be invited to a team retreat every one to two years

• Start date: As soon as possible. We will review applications on a rolling basis
