Charlotte Baylis

Charlotte Baylis is a Senior Programme Associate for the Climate Smart Forest Economy Program (CSFEP). She supports in managing the implementation of initiatives, with a special focus on awareness-raising, communications, fundraising, and the East Africa Value Chain Alliance.

Prior to Dalberg, Charlotte worked for a national non-governmental organization, the Loeys-Dietz Syndrome Foundation Canada, where she advanced a variety of initiatives focused on coalition building, scientific research, healthcare, equity, advocacy, fundraising, patient support, and education. 

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Biology from McGill University and is based in Montreal, Canada.
